Founded in November 2004, and operating in partnership with the newly-created Ministry of Sports Affairs, sportsoman.com is the leading sports web site in the Sultanate. Sportsoman.com delivers leading edge interactive content to a combined audience of around 2 million loyal, web literate sports fans. We update everyday of the week with our latest offering of original domestic and soon to be included international sports stories.

Sportsoman.com's staff is comprised of a solid combination of established, experienced people and young, up-and-coming contributors whose careers are just taking off. 2. How do I access the information ?

On registering with sportsoman.com, you will be provided with a username and password to access the sportsoman.com's services. The username and password is specific to the subscriber and must not be shared. This will be introduced by the end of November 2004, until then (as a taster) everything is open for viewing to all.

Therefore, the information is sourced for all the levels of organisations involved in sport. Our knowledgeable research team not only enter data everyday but perform ad hoc enquiries for clients on any topic related to the information the web site covers.

5. How do I include my events/rights/news in the products ?

Any organisation is welcome to send its information to us. The easiest way is to email the data to: info@sportoman.com. The information is included free of charge but Sportsoman.com maintains editorial control over any published material. To support the initiative SportsOman.com will integrate the portal with the mobile telephony. Through this integration SportsOman plan to offer a greater level of security to its members as well as providing a channel to receive the news on the subjects that they wish to hear about.
